In my practice, I gently remind you of your inner connection as you transform limiting beliefs and negative habits, move beyond perfectionism, nourish self-worth, and show up as your whole authentic Self. With two decades in the fields of dreams, meditation, soul growth, and emotional wellness, I have developed a deep appreciation for inner connection and authentic living. I embrace Mindfulness, Dreams, EMDR & HeartMath and often invite Meditation and Journaling.
Our therapy sessions may include lovingly embracing limiting beliefs that may be hindering you from blossoming into your true self, self-compassion practices, adaptive reprocessing of charged memories and fears, and listening to your dreams for improved self-awareness, graceful guidance, and inner connection.
I specialize in holistic wellness, and primarily work with adults ages 18-64. I offer online sessions throughout our beautiful state.
