Grief & Loss

We can experience grief and loss from the death of a loved one. Healing comes from experiencing, allowing for, and accepting our loss. We may also experience grief and loss from the end of relationships, career changes, children moving away from home, medical diagnosis, uncertainty, and life transitions. I specialize in helping clients experience their feelings and allowing for what is, to be. Moving through the stages of grief toward acceptance can be an overwhelming experience. Working with a therapist during this time can be very comforting and helpful. I help clients develop a deeper inner connection in times of difficulty, which helps you find deeper meaning.
