I offer a holistic and psychodynamic approach to therapy, gently guiding you to go deep so that you can cultivate greater self-awareness and better understand what's holding you back. We so often engage in unconscious habits. By integrating self-inquiry, dreamwork, EMDR, and mindfulness, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, gain clarity, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
