Finding the right therapist for you can be an adventure in itself! I hope to make that journey easier by highlighting my therapeutic approach and niche.

I offer a heart-centered approach to therapy – guiding you to remember your authentic Self by embracing and transforming limiting beliefs, charged memories, and unconscious programming.

I help clients who don't feel good enough, who may be reliving painful memories, or who find themselves stuck in unconscious patterns and held back by limiting beliefs.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and low self-worth who may no longer feel like themselves and feel disconnected from their true paths and purpose.

I draw inspiration from the depth of psychodynamic therapy with compassionate dream explorations, the transformational healing of EMDR, the peaceful presence of humanistic traditions, and the quiet calm of mindfulness. I create a warm and calm space where you are met with unconditional positive regard, compassion, and nonjudgment.

I invite you to embrace your dreams – gently guiding you to cultivate a deeper connection with your dreams and inner wisdom. Your dreams offer deep insight into limiting beliefs and unconscious programming.

  • Transformation of limiting beliefs with adaptive EMDR reprocessing and dream work
