Anxiety, stressful memories, and unprocessed trauma are often experienced as unease in the body, a harsh inner critic, and low self-worth.
Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, finding it difficult to get things done, struggling to concentrate, experiencing fatigue and brain fog, and wishing you had more focus, clarity, and energy. I offer a holistic approach to therapy, gently guiding you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Our therapy unfolds in a warm, heart-centered space where we gently explore unconscious patterns that may be holding you back while helping you build tools to regulate your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, improve inner trust, cultivate healthier ways of thinking, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and intention. Drawing from humanistic connection, EMDR, psychodynamic dreamwork, mindfulness, and self-compassion, we compassionately work with traumatic and stressful experiences while bringing awareness to unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
I work with professionals, moms, and creatives who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, burnout, and the impacts of both major and minor trauma. Many tell me they no longer feel like themselves and feel disconnected from their authentic self, life direction, or sense of purpose. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, self-doubt, low self-worth, uncertainty, depression, grief, or significant life and career transitions.
I meet you where you are. I believe healing unfolds when we feel fully seen, heard, and understood.
With higher awareness, you may begin to experience more clarity and recognize that you have greater choice in how you respond to situations. Over time, you can learn to respond with clear intention rather than feeling driven by automatic nervous system reactions. Clarity creates trust and makes room for creativity and authentic expression.

I meet with clients in my office on Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and also see clients virtually throughout California.
