LIVE FROM YOUR HEART IN LOVING AWARENESS

SELF-WORTH

Self-Worth

Self-esteem can be healthy if it derives from self-worth. If it however stems from comparing yourself to others, and you for example measure how good you feel about yourself based on how good, rich, beautiful, fast, strong, smart, etc., you are in comparison to others, soon enough feelings of lack, disappointment, stress, sadness, and the underlying feeling of not being good enough begin to come up.

Self-worth on the other hand is developed from feeling good about yourself for who you are, based on your inner connection, your contributions, and kindness to others. Rather than stressing about being the best in something, you experience fulfillment from engaging in the project/activity.

I specialize in helping clients practice self-compassion and kindness, and guide you to remember your self-worth. Open your heart with love, compassion, and higher awareness.
